S and T School of Accounting, which is 100% Black-Owned, was formed with an overriding objective to deliver effective and superior quality Accounting and Soft Skills Training to all applicants, irrespective of educational background or work experience. Our team offers a unique blend of strengths with a proven track record of facilitating training courses in accounting, strategic management interventions, team management, business entrepreneurship and an extensive variety of soft skills.
“If you graduate through the ICB’s Accounting Programme you can study further to become a chartered certified accountant”
Our management team includes accredited assessors and moderators, professional accountants and business professionals, and the combined widespread experience of all members at international, domestic, government and corporate levels offers a superior advantage in every aspect of training needs. Most particularly, our team – in addition to being accomplished course facilitators – is able to add essential practical value to the learner’s grasp and understanding of accountancy by virtue of its extensive experience in business and industry, both public and private, in Western and Southern Africa, Europe and the U.S.A. We believe that this specific experience is invaluable and indeed essential for all skills-based qualifications.
S and T School of Accounting has a history of association with AAT programmes and is justifiably proud of its exemplary success rate with students. Within South Africa our educational efforts have for the most part been focused on the upliftment of previously disadvantaged groups, from High School to Mature Students, Clerks to Higher Management.
One of the major issues we have observed, and therefore one of our main objectives in the training history of the team, has been the endemic and unfortunate rate of student withdrawal from training courses countrywide, particularly within the category of previously educationally disadvantaged individuals. Our management and associated facilitators, emanating for the most part from this category, have always, and will always continue to, place special emphasis on the persuasion of all our students to demonstrate the vital dedication necessary to complete their training programmes and achieve the valuable qualifications crucial not only to their personal careers, but to the country as a whole.
